Soft feminine patterns

As an eternal romantic, I've always been attracted to soft pastel colors and fine lace in all its variety. Once I thought, why not paint lace and heart patterns on ceramics.

One of my favourite memories is when a gentleman called me from Munich asking for a big red heart mug for his sweetheart, with her name on it, but I also think fondly of the Swedish couple who asked for a dark blue heart set for the husband and a red heart set for the wife.
